As a family we have been with Dr Pang at Gresham Dental Practice for a few years and the level of care and commitment to us as patients is outstanding.

I have been a dental patient of Dr Pang for some 25 years. When he moved to the Gresham Dental Practice, I initially made the mistake of looking for another local dentist. It only served to make me realise just how professional, efficient and thorough Dr Pang is. I now regularly make the 1 hour journey for treatment (along with my young son); believe me, it is worth it!

The surgery is inviting, clean and the receptionist always ready with a welcoming smile alongside the up-to-date selection of magazines, mineral water and relaxation in the form of a tropical fish tank. I have never been kept waiting but never been rushed during my appointment.

Dr Pang is kind, calm, patient and caring; he never continues a process without informing you as a patient first, whilst a quiet radio plays in the background. No-one ‘looks forward’ to seeing a dentist, but this is as good as it gets.

When my wife and I moved to Haywards Heath in 1998 we looked for a dentist
which was easy to get to, had a good reputation in the local community, was
friendly and offered good parking. We were recommended by friends to the
Gresham Dental Practice. It has been evident to us that Albert Pang, the
dentist there, has an outgoing and reassuring personality which when
combined with his professional knowledge of dentistry offers us exactly the
treatment we require. And just as importantly, his reception staff and
nurses are incredibly welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.

Looking back now we have seen the dental practice keep abreast of modern
developments and introduce new, state of the art technology which provides
us with an even better professional dental service today. So much so that
our daughter, husband and their three children, who live in Haywards Heath,
all enjoy the experience of regular check-ups, help and advice from Albert.

As we move forward in time it is reassuring to us to know that our dentist
Albert Pang is there to advise and assist us in all the dental problems
associated with old age. We could not ask for more and would recommend him
to anyone living in or near Haywards Heath.

Our family has been with Gresham Dental Practice for 7 years. Albert provides a very personalised quality of care and service, always taking the time to explain everything very carefully, such as investigation findings or your treatment plan.

Plenty of time is allocated to appointments, which means that delays are minimal and work is not rushed. The surgery environment is excellent. Being a single person practice, Albert and his staff know you personally, rather than you being “just another patient”. Support staff are friendly and welcoming, as well as efficient when it comes to appointment management.

We plan to remain with Gresham Dental Practice for the forseeable future.

When we decided to live in Lindfield some ten years ago we enquired from a neighbour if they could recommend a local dentist and we were given the name of Albert Pang with a glowing testimonial as to his professionalism , clinical excellence and friendliness.

Since that time we have been patients of Mr Pang and have never had occasion to regret our decision. Mr Pang is very thorough in his approach, an excellent Dental Surgeon and always willing to accommodate one at short notice in an emergency.

His receptionist is highly efficient and accommodating, always cheerful friendly.
